This Hotel is conveniently located just two blocks from Jackson Square and two blocks from Bourbon Street and one block from the French Market. The Provincial features 93 guest rooms, two swimming pools, tropical courtyards, the Stella Restaurant open for dinner and the Stanley Restaurant open for breakfast and lunch.

The Provincial is currently planning to re-open on October 30, 2005 with 26 rooms and approximately two weeks later with an additional 26 rooms available. The remainder of the hotel will be available shortly thereafter.  Approximately 10,000 square feet of secured parking adjacent to hotel is available to contract tenants.

We are currently taking contracts for ten rooms or more only. Terms & Pricing: 90 Day contract -$165 per room/day, 6 month contract-$145 per room/day, 1 Year contract- $125 per room/day.
