While no one wants to make a claim, we know that sometimes it cannot be avoided.  In that 
instance, we want your experience to be a satisfying one.  There are a few simple steps you can 
take to make your claims experience a positive one.

In the event of a loss, every reasonable effort should be made to protect life and property and 
prevent further bodily injury or property damage.

For the most efficient claim processing, please report your claim immediately and directly to the 
insurance company claims department.  There is a list of toll free phone numbers for claim 
reporting below.

Have a pen and paper handy when you call.  Write down any pertinent information you are given 
such as the claims adjuster's name, extension number, and claim number.
